This site is generated by Perl scripts, and is designed to render as plain HTML, using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to set up the formatting. This is to enable the whole site to be viewed by the disabled, as well as by mobile phones etc.
In addition this site offers a cookie controlled text and large font based interface.
It does all this with varying success, mostly because the perl behind the site used to generate a table based page layout, and whilst I have changed the way the site is generated some of the content remains optimised for that type of layout (some of the in-elegant work around can be seen if you select the text only version). If you find any errors please use my feedback page to tell me (include your browser version, browser name and operating system).
Beyond that I have tried to make this site compatible with all browsers and it has been tested with the latest versions of Firefox, Konqueror, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari. The text only version works with palmOne Blazer (tested with v4.3.2.1), as found on Palm Pilots and Treo phones.
Optimally the default and large text versions of this site require a 1024x768 screen. The text only version should render on anything, and if not please send me a bug report (if possible).
